Aerial Hoop Classes
Jo Jo’s School of Dance offer Aerial Hoop classes. This is a great skill to learn and is a fun way to build core and strength.
The class consists of a warm up, exercises to develop strength and the core when using the hoop, learning creative new shapes and linking them together to create routines.
